This is nicely drawn out but to achieve a Merit grade for this piece, you will need to add some labels to explain why you have put certain features where you have. You also need to explain why you have called it 'TV Listings' instead of thinking of a suitable magazine title. On your photoshop design, you will have to think of a proper title.
